Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and custom monogrammed items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid UPS or DHL shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to prepare your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
